Non-residential package includes:

  • All Workshop, Conference Registration, Conference Kit Bag, Lunches and Trade Exposure on 27th, 28th to 29th September 2024.
  • Banquet Charges are separate as per above packages.
  • Conference registration is mandatory to attend the workshops.
  • Registration fee is inclusive of 18% GST.
  • Physical Presence of Delegate/Faculty is mandatory to collect conference badges.
  • Registration badges in compulsory to attend workshop / CME / Scientific Halls / Lunch / Dinner / Trade Exhibition Area and entertainment program.
  • Kindly provide us your updated mobile numbers & E-mail addresses so the organizing committee can communicate for conference related updates.
  • Organizing committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in Date / Venue due to unforeseen reasons.
  • All delegates are requested to carry their photo id (government approved) for smooth onsite registration procedure and for check-in in hotels.


CANCELLATION & REFUND:

  • Refund of registration will be made only against written request by mail or post submitted to the conference secretariat.
  • Till 30th June 2024, 25% of charges will be deducted as processing charges and rest will be refunded.
  • No refund after 15th July 2024.
